Socal Contemporanea ClassicaElena Bertuzzi graduated as opera singer at the Conservatory F. E. Dall’Abaco in Verona. She gained a degree in “Renaissance and Baroque Singing” at the Conservatory A. Pedrollo in Vicenza, with the highest grade cum laude with a final project on XVIIth century “Lamenti italiani” .

In 1996 she won the first prize of the Accademia Filarmonica’s contest in Verona.

She performed in many concerts, as solo artist and in chambre music groups, collaborating with many orchestra and specialized groups, in Italy and abroad, participating in important music festivals; she worked with conductors such as E. Inbal, J. Tate, U. B. Michelangeli, T. Koopman, S. Kuijken, Peter Phillips.

She performed in festivals such as: “Al Bustan” (Beirut, Lebanon); “Cervantino” (Guanajato, Leon, Cuernavaca, Mexico); Santander (Spain); de “Musique Sacrée” (Fribourg, Switzerland); “Itineraire Baroque” (Périgord, France); Semana de Musica Sacra de la Laguna (Tenerife, Canary Islands); “Allegro” Castilla y Leòn (Avila and Segovia, Spain); “Resonanzen” (Wien, Austria); Barocktage Stift Melk (Austria); Mittelfest (Italy); “Grandezze e Meraviglie” (Italy); Musica e Poesia a S. She took part in opera and oratory productions from authors such as as: Monteverdi; Cavalli; Provenzale; Legrenzi; Bononcini; Colonna; Vivaldi; A. e D. Scarlatti; Jommelli; Pergolesi; Bach; Galuppi; Paisiello; Mozart; Lucchesi.

She recorded for stations as RAI Radio 3 (Italy), WDR (Germany), BRT3 Clara (Belgium), ORF1 (Austria), Polskie Radio 2 (Poland), KRO Radio 4 (Netherlands), ABC Ballarat (Victoria, Australia).

She recorded for music labels as WDR-Arcana, Stradivarius, Tactus, Label, Dynamic, Brilliant.
